Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the quality of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Mimo's JW pouch provided.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
